- 6 peaches, peeled, pitted and chopped
- 1 pound strawberries, rinsed, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 pound seedless green grapes
- 1/2 pound seedless red grapes
- 3 bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 pound blackberries or blueberries (to taste)
- small amount of honey (topping to taste optional)

Fruit Salad Dressing
|Lime Pineapple Salad Dressing|
- juice of one lime
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
Mix well and serve
This fruit salad recipe makes enough to serve about 10 to 12 people.
|Fruit Shrimp Mint Salad|
- 3 cups fresh Arugula
- 1 1/2 pre-cook medium shrimp (shelled)
- 1 cup fresh cubed mango
- 1 cup fresh cubed cantaloupe
- 1/2 cup fresh mint
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- Mix shrimp, mango, cantaloupe, mint, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon/lime juice.
- Top salad with balsamic dressing of choice.
Paleo Balsamic Dressing Recipe:
In a small bowl combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey.

Fresh strawberries and hazelnut/almond cream recipes. Substitute strawberries with fresh sliced peaches, apricots, mango's or bananas. Dairy Free creams almond milk or hazelnut milk cow's milk alternatives. Almond milk contains calcium. Unlike dairy milk almond milk unsaturated fats.
Ideal Paleo Meal chicken glazed with fresh pomegranate glaze. Delicious preservative and additive free recipe. Nothing in a canned or pre-packaged. Just Old-Fashion meal with natural ingredients chicken, pomegranate, herbs and spices.

|Grilled Pineapple Mint Salad Recipe|
Delicious wholesome gluten, grain, soy and dairy free. Paleo banana bread made from ripe bananas. Bread made with almond flour. Almond flour made from almond nuts. Plant based unsaturated fats flour. Almond contains calcium, selenium, magnesium, vitamins A and E. Baking oil used is olive oil (unsaturated fats) no animal fats or trans-fat cooking oils.
- 3 eggs, separated
- 5 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 cups almond flour or finely grounded almonds
- dash of sea salt to taste
- 1/4 or as need almond milk (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Cream the egg yolks and honey in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the oil, vanilla, mashed banana, cinnamon, baking soda and almond flour and combine well.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites into the banana mixture to pull it away from the sides before gradually folding the rest of the egg whites into the mixture.
- Add sea salt to taste
- If needed add almond milk for desired consistence.
- Line a loaf tin with coconut or almond oil and pour the banana mixture into this.
- Place in the oven for 40-45 minutes (until thoroughly baked)
|Paleo Raw Food - Apple Crisp Recipe|
-4 unpeeled apples, cored and chopped
-3/4 cup pecan halves
-3/4 cup sliced walnuts
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups apples peeled and pitted
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- Raw honey to taste optional
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon or lime juice
- 1/4 cup purified water
- Clean peel and pit apples. Chop apples in cubes or slice.
- Clean remove stems of strawberries
- Put fruits in blender with water, cinnamon and nutmeg for approximately 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Pour mixture on Teflon-coated sheet and place in a plastic dehydrator.
- Dehydrate top side for 6-8 hours. Remove telflex and turn fruit to other side.
- Continue dehydrating for 4-6 hours or until desired consistency achieved.
On hot day tent tray with cheesecloth and leave outside. Fruit leather with dehydrate quicker.
Store roll fruit roll in its plastic wrap. Store in airtight container and put in refrigerator. Cut with cookie cutter.
Baked fresh apples with dash of raw honey glaze. Freshly baked apples dressed with apple juice, honey, nuts, raisins and spices. Serve room temperature or warm. Yummy recipe for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Imagine this recipe for a dinner party or holiday treat. Honey is not 100% Paleo but is used in many Paleo recipes.
- 4 tart baking apples (cored and stem remove)
Baking apples: Golden Delicious, Rome Beauty and Jonagold
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 4 tablespoons almond butter
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 to 3 tablespoons nuts
- 3 tablespoons golden raisins
- Preheat oven 350 degrees F
- Stuff each apple 2 tablespoons honey and 1 tablespoon almond butter
- Dash each apple with nutmeg and cinnamon
- Line baking dish with apple juice Place apples in shallow baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. Until honey caramelize and apples tender.
- Top apples with caramelized honey, golden raisins and nuts.
- Serve warm. Can refrigerate and serve cold.

Dairy milk is substituted with almond milk or coconut milk. Both almond and coconut milks contain calcium. Dairy milk and coconut milk contain saturated fats. Conversely, almond milk is unsaturated. All you need is a blender, little ice and Paleo friendly foods. Viola!
